  • User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it is not possible to reverse it, which is currently a standard in user password storage.
  • The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  • To protect data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.
  • A key part of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, particularly including updates to software components.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted (technically maintained) on servers provided by: nazwa.pl

The hosting company, for technical reliability, keeps server-level logs. The logs may include:

  • Resources identified by URL addresses (pages, files)
  • Request arrival time
  • Response sending time
  • Client station name – identified by HTTP protocol
  • Information on HTTP transaction errors
  • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the user accessed the website via a link
  • Browser information
  • IP address information
  • Diagnostic data related to the ordering process on the site
  • Email correspondence logs with the Operator

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Use

In some cases, the Administrator may transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract with you or fulfill the obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to:

  • Companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Service.

Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be used in relation to you, for the purpose of delivering services and for direct marketing by the Administrator.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries (outside the European Union).

5. Information in Forms

The service collects data provided voluntarily by users, including personal data, if provided.

The service may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

In some cases, the site may store information to facilitate linking form data with the user’s email address. In such cases, the email address may appear in the page URL containing the form.

Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the form’s function (e.g., handling service requests, commercial inquiries, service registration). Each form clearly states its purpose.

7. Key Marketing Techniques

  • The Operator uses Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA) for traffic analysis. The Operator does not transmit personal data to Google; only anonymized information is used.   • The Operator uses remarketing techniques to tailor advertising content to user behavior. These methods do not involve sharing personal data with advertisers. The use of cookies is technically necessary.
  • The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology informs Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) that a registered user has visited the site. This is based on Facebook’s own data; no personal data is shared by the Operator. The service uses cookies on the user’s device.
